The attendance cost cover all meals and accommodation.

All meals, from Friday afternoon tea to Sunday Lunch, will be provided. Morning and afternoon teas as well as "all day" tea and coffee at the auditorium.

Special dietary requirements can be catered for. Details of these should be included on the registration form (which will be available in October this year).
